Introduction
TDMG-202 MEMS inertial measurement unit is a highly reliable and cost-effective six-axis MEMS inertial navigation and attitude system, which can be widely used in the navigation, control and measurement fields represented by vehicles, ships and UAVs. The product uses medium to high accuracy MEMS inertial sensors, which can achieve high navigation accuracy in a very small size (30mm×30mm×20mm, including installation) and light weight. The TDMG-202 IMU can be applied to the high precision application environment with strict requirements for volume and weight.
The TDMG-202 IMU integrates high-performance MEMS gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers in an independent structure. The gyroscopes and accelerometers selected in the system represent the leading level of MEMS inertial devices. The zero position, scale factor, non-orthogonal error and acceleration are compensated in the full range of temperature, which enables the IMU to maintain high accuracy for a long time. For high accuracy and real-time synchronization requirements of surveying and mapping projects, the system can access external GNSS information and PPS information to achieve accurate UTC time synchronization output. At the same time, the IMU adopts the integrated design, sealing design and other measures to ensure that the product can accurately measure the angular motion and linear motion parameters of the carrier in the harsh environment, thus providing users with a low cost and high reliability solution.
The system adopts high-speed sampling, static error compensation (full temperature fine compensation of zero, scale factor as well as installation error), dynamic error compensation and other technologies to ensure the product to obtain the best performance.
