Introduction
TDMBG-200 three-axis MEMS gyro combination is a highly reliable and cost-effective three-axis MEMS inertial sensor, which can be widely used in navigation, control and measurement fields represented by attitude stabilization. The MEMS gyroscope with high bandwidth, low delay and low noise is used in the system, and has good mechanical environment adaptability, which can provide guarantee for the stability control of complex products.
The TDMBG-200 triaxial MEMS gyro combination integrates a high-performance MEMS gyroscope in a separate structure, and the gyroscope selected for the module represents the leading state of the art in MEMS inertial devices. The three-axis MEMS gyroscope is sensitive to the angular motion of the carrier, and compensates the zero bias, scale factor and non-orthogonal error of all temperature parameters inside the module, which can maintain a high measurement accuracy for a long time. At the same time, the module adopts structural seal design and other measures to ensure that the product can accurately measure the angular motion parameters of the carrier in harsh environments, so as to provide users with a low cost and high reliability solution.
