Introduction
TDMG-101 MEMS inertial attitude meter adopts a strapdown navigation scheme composed of built-in high-accuracy MEMS gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers, which can directly measure the azimuth angle, tilt angle and roll angle of the well. The internal device working temperature of the TDMG-101 can reach 120℃ (tilt Angle, rolling Angle, azimuth Angle), which well meets the relevant requirements of oil drilling measurement. According to different requirements, the operating temperature of TDMG-101 can be customized to reach 150℃. As well, the measurement range and bandwidth of its gyro and accelerometer is configurable.
The gyroscopes and accelerometers selected by TDMG-101 represent the leading level of MEMS inertial devices. Its three-axis MEMS gyroscope is sensitive to the angular motion of the carrier, and its three-axis MEMS accelerometer is sensitive to the linear acceleration of the carrier. The zero position, scale factor, non-orthogonal error and other parameters related to acceleration are compensated in the full range of temperature, which enables the module to maintain high accuracy for a long time. At the same time, the TDMG-101 adopts circuit sealing design and other measures to ensure that the product can accurately measure the angular motion and linear motion parameters of the carrier in harsh environments, thus providing users with a low-cost and high-reliability solution. Targeted to some application scenarios, the TDMG-101 is integrated with multiple redundant inertial sensors, which can realize the fault diagnosis of the product output and ensure the reliability of the product.
