Introduction
TDMG-105 MEMS inertial measurement unit (IMU) is a highly reliable and cost-effective 6-axis MEMS inertial sensor, which can be widely used in navigation, control and measurement fields represented by inertial navigation and attitude stability. The measuring range and bandwidth of its gyro and accelerometer can be configured according to different requirements. Targeted to some applications such as passenger car navigation, the TDMG-105 IMU adopts multi-sensor redundancy measures, which can timely diagnose and process IMU faults to ensure the safety of automotive function.
TDMG-105 IMU integrates high-performance MEMS gyroscopes and MEMS accelerometers in a separate structure. The gyroscopes and accelerometers selected by the module represent the leading level of MEMS inertial devices. The zero position, scale factor, non-orthogonal error and other parameters are compensated in the full range of temperature, which enables the IMU to maintain high accuracy for a long time. As well, the IMU adopts structural adhesive seal design and other measures to ensure that the product can accurately measure the angular motion and linear motion parameters of the carrier in harsh environments, thus providing users with a low-cost and high-reliability solution.
