Introduction
TDMG-300 series MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) is a highly reliable and cost-effective six-axis MEMS inertial sensor combination, which can be widely used in navigation, control and measurement fields represented by inertial navigation and attitude stabilization. TDMG-300 series MEMS inertial measurement unit can be configured with different hardware and software according to the needs of users. According to the characteristics of some inertial navigation applications, the gyroscope can be replaced with high-accuracy or high-dynamic MEMS gyro, so as to meet the needs of different users to the greatest extent.
The TDMG-300 series IMU integrates a high-performance MEMS gyroscope and MEMS accelerometer in a separate structure. The gyroscope and accelerometer selected for the module represent the leading level of MEMS inertial devices. The three-axis MEMS gyroscope is sensitive to the angular motion of the carrier, and the three-axis MEMS accelerometer is sensitive to the linear acceleration of the carrier. The zero position of all temperature parameters, scale factor, non-orthogonal error and acceleration related terms are compensated within the module, which can maintain a high measurement accuracy for a long time. At the same time, the module adopts the overall vibration reduction, sealing design and other measures to ensure that the product can accurately measure the angular motion and linear motion parameters of the carrier in harsh environments, so as to provide users with low-cost and high-reliability solutions.
