Overview
The SG50-SF is an all-solid-state digital closed-loop, low-to-medium precision single-axis fiber optic gyroscope based on the SAGNAC principle. It consists of an SLD light source, fiber optic coupler, photodetector, integrated optical phase modulator, fiber optic sensing loop, circuitry, and structural components. As a classic gyroscope, it features small size, high update rate, low latency, low noise, high bandwidth, and excellent environmental adaptability, making it an ideal choice for low-to-medium precision angular rate sensors. It can be widely used in various types of stabilization platforms and navigation and guidance fields.
