Overview
The MG340 is a fully solid-state digital closed-loop three-axis integrated fiber optic gyroscope based on the SAGNAC principle. It consists of an SLD light source, fiber optic coupler, photodetector, integrated optical phase modulator, fiber optic sensing loop, circuitry, and structural components. Structurally, it is designed as an IMU (Integrated Device Unit) and includes a pre-installed mounting position for a quartz accelerometer, allowing for direct user installation.
